Natálka byla s babičkou včera na vánočních trzích a namísto vánočních svíček či jmelí si přinesla tuto vánoční čelenku.
Dneska ráno si ji hned nasadila na hlavu a zeptala se: "Maminko, co budeme fotit?" :)

Yesterday Natty was with her grandma on the Christmas markets, I thought she would bring some candle or mistletoe home but she came with this flashing headband. Today morning she wake up and put it on her head and asked me: "What shall we do today?":)

Dostal se mi do ruky jeden časopis, kde se zpovídali známé české osobnosti, co by si přáli k Vánocům. Jeden si přál klid, idylku z obrázků Josefa Lady, další Aston Martin DB5, někdo domeček na jihu u moře a jiný právě tento objekt od izraelského tvůrce působícího v Paříži. V designu a sochařině patří k nejuznávaněším. Jeho sochy vypadají jak z jiného světa, trochu jako meteority. Ježíšek by měl vědět, že ho prodávaji v Praguekabinet za čtvrt milionu:)


When I saw the picture of this beautiful metalized glass with oakwood base it reminded me that I have at home the aluminium foil I got to get warm after I ran the halfmarathon this year...
This sculpture is sold in Prague design room, info for those who are still thinking what to get for Christmas...:)

Někdy se k obrazům vracím, tak jako teď. Před rokem jsem vyfotila Natálku  s lampou (ta byla jediná, co alespoň zdánlivě připomínala bílou vázu) a před měsícem Oliver přišel domů s plyšovým rajčetem, tak jsem hned vedle něj posadila Vikyho:)

I like when I know more about the painters and paintings, Scott Serafica has his blog called Painting from Life where he posts all his paintings and comments. Like a diary...One thought I like:
"What is a great artist?  A great artist has years and years of experience put into every brush stroke.  Unconscious competence in Composition, Warm and Cool, Edges, Values, Drawing, etc.  Your not painting pretty pictures.  Your painting "Life".  Your painting your interpretation of how the light falls on a subject. That's why painting from photographs is a mistake if you have never painted from life.  Photos may give you a pretty picture but they will not give you a correct representation of the light (what we are really painting)."

Vzpomínka na minulý rok. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem doma žádné měsíce nenašla, použila jsem to, co bylo po ruce.... 
Mimochodem, dnes mě oční lékařka upozornila, že nedostatek banánů způsobuje mrkání. Tak to by si měli preventivně dát všichni ti, co při focení zavírají oči!:)

This is the remembrance of last year.
BTW, my eye doctor told me today that the shortage of bananas cause the blinking. So the bananas should be eaten preemptively by those who close their eyes during photo shooting!:)

Tak tento obraz je zatím s nejdelším názvem co znám:)
Fotili jsme ho s Oliverem před týdnem, to ještě neměl zimní brusle..., ale to nevadí, myslím, že použité japonské nože mají také ledové ostří...:) 

I am already looking forward to going ice skating with kids before Christmas, near our home, there is an ice rink with afternoon skating with music...:)

Někdy se díky umění stanou krásně věci: Před několika dny jsem byla v kouzelném květinářství nedaleko našeho domova a vybírala si tam věci na focení vánočních přáníček. S majitelkou jsem se bavila o tom, jak si s dětmi hrajeme a fotíme, rozpovídala jsem se, až mě zastavil pohled na nádherné růže, které v krámku měla. Dostala jsem je jako dárek, a tak jsem jí slíbila, že je použiju na focení. 
Tak tady jsou! :)

Few days ago I was at the Florist's and was talking about my blog so much that the owner gave me the roses for free, the only thing I had to promise to her was that I will use them while photo shooting.

Když jsem uviděla Calderovo dílo, připomnělo mi to hrací kolotoč, který máme nad dětskou postýlkou. Trochu jsem ho vylepšila a zvětšila pomocí ramínek s dalšími plyšovými hračkami a pustila melodii. Viky se na novou verzi kolotoče hned vrhnul, ale dlouho nevydržela, přece jenom ramínka jsou na šaty, ne na hraní:)

When I saw Calder's work it reminded me the musical carousel we have above the children bed. I improved it a bit by using the hangers with other plush toys, When I let the music play Viky immediately started to play with it. I have to say, he destroyed it in one minute....Obviously the hangers are for clothes not for kids...:)

Kamarádka mě upozornila, že existuje ještě jeden obraz od Leightona, kterého jsme fotili minulý týden, a tak jsme si zase s Natálkou zahrály na muzikanty, Oliver byl dnes na dětském výchovném koncertu v Rudolfinu, tak jí dirigoval vlastnoručně vyrobenou taktovkou...  

I was told there is another painting by Leighton, so Natty was dancing with lids again today...

Tak toto je malá pozvánka do mé oblíbené Albertiny ve Vídni, kde minulý měsíc začala výstava Henriho Matisse a dalších fauvistů, která potrvá až do 12. ledna 2014.  Taková procházka předvánoční Vídní, návštěva galerie a sachr dortík nakonec - to nezní vůbec špatně!:) 

This is a small invitation to Vienna' s Albertina Gallery, where is presented around 140 works by Henri Matisse and other fauvists till the 12th of January 2014. Christmas Vienna, visiting gallery and Sacher cake - that doesn't sound bad to me at all...:)

Dnes jsem dětem ukázala fotku a řekla jim, ať z pokojíčku přinesou co nejpodobnějšího plyšáka humrovi, nakonec se nemohly rozhodnou, zda je lepší mořská želva nebo klaun očkatý, tak jsme nafotili oba dva:) 
p.s. Děkuji Oliverovi za propůjčení jeho nového mobilu. Ten "dotykáč" umí tolik věcí, že ho asi budu chtít brzy taky...

Právě rekonstruujeme kuchyň, a tak si děti mají možnost hrát s dosud skrytými kuchyňskými věcmi, např. se šejkrem, vařečkami, brčky, plastovými nádobami a taky s pokličkami...Je jasné, že hru na třískání skleněnými pokličkami o sebe moc nepodporuji, ale inspirovala mě k tomuto obrazu..., a tak jsem tentokrát v zákazech polevila...:)

We are reconstructing our kitchen in these days so kids have a chance to play with yet hidden kitchen items as shakers, wooden spoons, straws, plastic jars and so also with lids...It is clear that idea of playing the game "Banging with glass lids on each other in the rhythm" I don't like so much but it inspired me to do this picture...so I eased the bans at this time:)

O víkendu jsme si chtěli dát cornfakes k snídani, ale došlo nám mléko, tak zatímco ho Oliver šel koupit do nedalekého obchodu, hrály jsme si s Náťou s křupinkami...:)

Last weekend we wanted cornflakes for the breakfast but we managed we were run out of milk, so meanwhile Oliver was running to buy it in the nearby store we (me and Natty) were playing with the raisins and cornfakes :)

A ještě jedna fotografie s Barunkou.
Na tváři má úsměv a v puse bonbon, jeden ze sta, které jsme dostali a měli v kuchyni na poličce v průhledné krabici. Když jsme připravovaly s Barunčinou maminkou dekoraci na focení, přemýšlely jsme nad materiály na dozdobení obrazu a všimly si těch bonbonů, zabalených ve zlatavých foliích, přesně v Klimtově stylu... Klimta mám tak od té doby spojeného s vůní karamelek:)

Warholova srdíčka mě provází už necelých 10 let, jak je vidno: nejdříve vznikla fotografie Olivera v bříšku, pak Natálky a posléze Viky...no a nakonec jsem to vše (myslím tím děti a srdíčka:)) dala dohromady...

Warhol's hearts have been with me for almost 10 years, as shown: on the first photo I was expecting Oliver, on the second one Natty, on the last one is Viky (8 months old). And finally - this week -there was time to collect everything (I mean children and hearts) together...

Moc krásný obraz, jen na jeho realizaci jsme potřebovali více než týden. Nejdříve jsme museli dát dohromady skřítky...Díky sousedčiným dcerkám jsme měli k dispozici pár Barbín, díky Oliverovi a jeho oblibě Happy Meal několik figurek šmoulů a zbytek skřítků donesla Barunka ze školky...
Lampionky jsme nakonec vytvořili ze svíček zapíchaných do chlebů. Nutno dodat, že během focení  nám nic ani nikdo neshořel!:)

This picture was chosen by friend of mine, good choice! The only problem we had was where to get the elfs...Thanks my neighbours' daughters I got Barbie dolls, Oliver got some Smurfs from Happy Meals and Bara made some elfs in the kindergarten... I could not find the x- mass lights so we had to use the birthday candles stucked up in the bread...It should be noted that during shooting no one and nothing was burnst!:)

Právě mám rozečtenou autobiografii od Charlese Aznavoura, který je původem Armén, ale jak všichni víme, tak se proslavil jako francouzský šansoniér...výborně napsané vzpomínky plné zajímavých setkání a historek.  

Myslím, že arménský malíř tu na Rembrandted Kids ještě nebyl...

I am just reading the Autobiography of Charles Aznavour, the Armenian singer who is well-known as French chansonier... If you have time, let's listen to  Non, je n'ai rien oublié, or  La Bohéme...great songs!

Tak tyto šatičky nosila Natálčina babička, když jí byly tři roky, což bylo před.....lety. Bohužel nemohu být konkrétnější, jelikož bych pak prozradila její věk, a to se přece nesluší!:)

Unfortunately I could not specify the years, cause we ought not talk about the woman"s age...:), but I am really surprised it looks like new one!
